Locker Technical Specialist – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify and resolve issues related to locker hardware and software, including faults, connectivity problems, and access errors that have been escalated by customer service.

• Manage on-site technicians in various cities, coordinating their dispatch for physical repairs and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.

• Offer technical assistance to the customer service team and help assess client-reported issues.

• Serve as the technical liaison between the customer service department and the tech team.

• Convert client-reported issues into detailed technical specifications and communicate solutions and updates.

• Keep detailed records of issues, technician visits, and resolutions using support/CRM tools.

• Recognize recurring technical issues and provide constructive feedback to the Product/Ops teams.

• Develop extensive product and hardware knowledge to serve as the internal locker expert for Spain.

• Occasionally assist with the onboarding process for new clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Spanish and strong proficiency in English.

• Position is fully remote; candidates can be located anywhere, provided they work during CET business hours (11AM CET to 8PM CET).

• Good working environment, including reliable Wi-Fi and electricity backup when necessary.

• Solid technical background in technical support, IT helpdesk, hardware troubleshooting, or field service.

• Ability to methodically diagnose hardware, connectivity, and software issues.

• Experience or confidence in coordinating external technicians and vendors to resolution.

• Capability to manage multiple ongoing issues and technicians located in different cities.

• Strong support mentality with the ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical colleagues.

• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with customer service and the tech team.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Nice to have: experience with smart lockers, IoT, or access-control hardware.

• Nice to have: experience in coordinating or managing field technicians or installers.

• Nice to have: previous experience in client onboarding or customer success.
