Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main liaison for local regulatory bodies, ensuring 24/7 availability if mandated by law.

• Track safety concerns and recommendations issued by local regulatory authorities related to client products or product categories.

• Stay informed about updates to local pharmacovigilance regulations.

• Assist in client audits and inspections by providing documentation, attending meetings, and completing CAPA requirements.

• Conduct local literature reviews and gather safety data.

• Aid in the creation or assessment of the local pharmacovigilance system master file (LPSMF).

• Facilitate local signal detection efforts.

• Oversee local risk mitigation strategies.

• Report to and maintain ongoing communication with the EU QPPV.

• Assist in the evaluation of local pharmacovigilance agreements.

• Provide local pharmacovigilance training to sales teams, affiliate staff, and distributors.

• Submit monthly reports detailing the status of the local pharmacovigilance system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree, ideally in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences.

• At least 2 years of experience in post-marketing pharmacovigilance activities.

• Current knowledge of relevant global and local regulatory standards.

• Comprehensive understanding of the pharmacovigilance legal framework in the country where LCPPV services are provided.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Residency in the country where LCPPV services are offered, if necessary.
