Loan Officer Assistant – Bilingual in Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to borrowers regarding their financial situation and available payment options

• Assist customers throughout the loan application process

• Submit loan applications along with necessary supporting documents

• Create referral networks to identify potential loan candidates

• Address customer grievances and take suitable measures to resolve issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the mortgage industry is essential

• Experience with Encompass LOS is mandatory

• Knowledge of financial and lending practices is required

• Capability to establish rapport with clients

• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
