Load Tracking Agent – Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Monitor shipments from the point of pickup to their final delivery

• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers via calls and messages to verify location, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and load status

• Respond to customer emails during your working hours

• Identify delays or issues and escalate them promptly

• Record all updates in the client's transportation management system (TMS)

• Provide an end-of-shift report

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in C1 English

• Background in freight logistics (track & trace, dispatch, or similar) or strong customer service experience in English

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a contingency plan for outages

• A quiet home environment suitable for taking calls
