LMS Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Learning Management System (LMS) platforms such as FedTalent, Percipio, and Totara.

• Facilitate the implementation of virtual training sessions.

• Create and develop online course materials and content.

• Integrate LMS platforms with external third-party systems.

• Execute data migration tasks.

• Configure SCORM settings.

• Generate reports using Power BI and within the LMS.

• Offer help desk and user support services.

• Perform competency assessments for the workforce.

• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Suggest initiatives for the modernization of LMS technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience with federal LMS systems.

• Strong background in technical support, web development, programming, and information security.

• Proficiency with FedTalent, Percipio, and Totara LMS platforms.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant industry certifications.

• Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
