LMHC Associate – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based telehealth services.

• Conduct sessions with clients nationwide.

• Address issues related to depression and anxiety.

• Perform client intakes and diagnoses under the supervision of a licensed professional.

• Serve a diverse clientele, including couples and children.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing.

• Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.

• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools effectively.

• Engage in clinical supervision and case consultations.

• Contribute positively to the clinical community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be approved by the board as a LMHCA.

• Seeking independent licensure while residing in Washington.

• Graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.

• Required: Graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling setting addressing depression and anxiety.

• Preferred: Graduate or post-graduate experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per the current DSM-5 under licensed supervision.

• Must be consistently available to clients for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability each week.

• Open to treating a broad range of clients, including couples and children.

• Committed to assisting clients in achieving measurable progress.

• Proficient in telehealth and EHR technologies.

• A collaborative teammate and a positive contributor.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
