Live Streamer Manager – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Build and lead the organization’s internal streaming team.

• Recruit, audition, hire, onboard, train, and mentor livestreamers.

• Oversee streamer channels on Kick, Twitch, and YouTube Live.

• Establish company-owned accounts and ensure consistent branding, overlays, panels, and titles.

• Secure account logins, implement 2FA, and manage recovery details; revoke or transfer access when streamers depart.

• Create weekly streaming schedules covering peak hours across different time zones.

• Organize bonus hunts, challenges, giveaways, tournaments, and community events.

• Supervise studio operations, equipment, OBS/Streamlabs software, stream quality, and backup plans for outages.

• Increase live viewers, followers, chat interaction, registrations, and first-time deposits through engaging live content.

• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Community teams to coordinate links, promo codes, and on-stream offers.

• Allocate and monitor streamer bankrolls and crypto wallets in conjunction with the Finance team.

• Enforce responsible gambling messaging, age and geographic restrictions, platform gambling and advertising regulations, and licensing conditions.

• Manage moderation, strikes, takedowns, and incident responses.

• Conduct performance reviews and establish pay and bonus structures in partnership with HR.

• Sustain streamer motivation and wellbeing through equitable scheduling and burnout prevention strategies.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on channel growth, streaming hours, conversions, expenditures, and future initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing livestreamers, a live content team, or streaming channels, preferably within iGaming, crypto casino, or gaming sectors.

• Practical knowledge of Kick, Twitch, and YouTube Live, including audience engagement, discovery, moderation tools, and gambling policies.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, train, and retain on-camera talent while growing audiences from limited beginnings and managing multiple streamers.

• Strong comprehension of slots, live casino, sportsbook content, and bonus mechanics.

• Familiarity with OBS or Streamlabs, including overlays, alerts, and chat bots.

• Proficiency with crypto wallets, stablecoin payouts, and major cryptocurrencies.

• Understanding of responsible gambling principles, KYC/AML fundamentals, and country-specific licensing restrictions.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Preferred: previous experience as a streamer or on-air host.

• Preferred: skills in video editing and creating short-form clips for TikTok, Shorts, and Reels.

• Preferred: familiarity with StreamElements, TwitchTracker, SullyGnome, or BI dashboards.

• Preferred: experience in community management on Telegram and Discord.

• Preferred: background in building a streamer team from the ground up.
