Litigation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain rigorous client confidentiality standards

• Supply clients with information regarding the feasibility of initiating litigation

• Engage legal counsel at the request of clients

• Counsel clients on the legal strategies employed by attorneys

• Supervise attorneys assigned to cases to ensure they are actively pursuing damages and provide updates to clients

• Guarantee the prompt transfer of funds collected by attorneys

• Prepare demands, which include verifying balances, gathering support from client files, and sending demands to law firms

• Collaborate directly with lawyers to research and draft documents, briefs, and other trial-related materials

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred familiarity with the civil legal process and/or commercial collections

• Proficiency in Salesforce is highly advantageous

• Awareness of the urgency needed to optimize recoveries

• Competent computer skills

• Extensive customer service experience

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, work proactively, and demonstrate resourcefulness

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively with a varied range of personalities

• Strong client-oriented mindset

• Self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow
