This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Assist in project initiation by collecting and verifying case-specific requirements and guidelines.
• Set up Relativity workspaces using predefined templates, which include user permissions, layouts, and fundamental workflow elements.
• Conduct data intake and preliminary assessment of both structured and unstructured data.
• Implement standard workflows, encompassing processing coordination, data loading, batching, searching, and basic reporting.
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of project requests, data handling procedures, and production outputs.
• Provide status updates and escalate any risks, issues, or delays as necessary.
• Facilitate document production workflows, including preparation, quality assurance, and delivery.
• Collaborate with external vendors for scanning, OCR, or data processing services.
• Oversee the Relativity environment for basic issues and alert the relevant team members.
• Assist with user account creation and offer fundamental guidance on Relativity and associated tools.
• Promote training initiatives by reinforcing standard workflows and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation related to tasks, issues, and resolutions.
• Provide support across litigation support applications as required.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• Proficient understanding of RelativityOne, including basic workspace setup and review workflows.
• Preferred experience of one to three years in supporting eDiscovery workflows within a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal setting.
• Foundational knowledge of eDiscovery practices throughout the EDRM lifecycle.
• Familiarity with data handling concepts, including file types, metadata, and document review processes.
• Ability to adhere to established workflows while effectively identifying and escalating issues when necessary.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with attorneys, clients, and internal team members clearly.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with additional litigation support and trial presentation technologies, such as TextMap, Trial Director, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with multimedia formats, including audio and video files, is an advantage.
• Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
• 1-3 years of experience in supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal environment.
• Working knowledge of RelativityOne, including basic workspace configuration and review workflows.
