This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Support attorneys in responding to interrogatories.
• Conduct client interviews and document their responses; collaborate with attorneys to finalize the answers.
• Obtain, analyze, and summarize medical records as directed by trial attorneys.
• Organize medical examinations.
• Assist attorneys in drafting motions and researching legal issues.
• Help attorneys interview witnesses prior to and during trials as needed.
• Aid attorneys in preparing trial documents and evidence.
• Carry out other assigned tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-year Associate's Degree OR 3 years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies, or completion of at least one year of law school.
• Experience with Washington Discovery/Civil Litigation.
• One year of experience in a civil litigation law firm is preferred.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Paralegal certificate from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program is preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer continuously for extended periods, up to a full work shift.
• Physical dexterity to repetitively use hands, arms, and shoulders to operate a keyboard and other office equipment for a full work shift.
