Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Perform legal research to assist in litigation efforts

• Offer legal counsel to clients dealing with consumer debt issues

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as well as opposing attorneys

• Keep informed about changes in applicable laws and regulations

• Work collaboratively with staff to reach case objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution

• Must be authorized to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

• Extensive experience in litigation

• Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and agreements

• Strong analytical abilities

• Familiarity with law office software and tools

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work

• Proficiency in effective negotiation

• Familiarity with law office software and tools

• Colorado Bar license (Required)
