Lighting Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the project team for gear and ensure successful outcomes for both the client and Colonial.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer following the order commitment.

• Coordinate all project-related activities, ensuring timelines are understood and met.

• Manage negotiations with manufacturers.

• Evaluate lighting specifications and drawings.

• Deliver electrical drawings and fixture schedules to the project design team.

• Develop and maintain the Bill of Material (BOM).

• Submit product details for necessary approvals.

• Input shipping information into Jobtrack, the company’s proprietary software.

• Address customer inquiries promptly.

• Enter data as required to facilitate the ongoing process.
