Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of new lift installation projects from initial concept to final completion.

• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality projects within the designated time frame and budget.

• Supervise a range of new installation projects in commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector settings.

• Manage project timelines, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and overall site readiness.

• Perform site inspections and conduct project reviews.

• Guarantee installation quality, subcontractor performance, and satisfaction of customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Maintain clear communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Oversee project costs and manage any variations.

• Address issues, resolve defects, and ensure a successful handover and warranty completion.

• Cover projects throughout the South of England through a combination of home-based work, site visits, and client meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Qualification in Project Management.

• Knowledge and/or understanding of relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not an option.
