Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of new lift installation projects from inception to completion.

• Supervise a range of new installation projects within commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector settings.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company and industry standards.

• Manage project timelines, initial activities, deliveries, testing needs, and site readiness from beginning to end.

• Perform site inspections and project assessments.

• Guarantee installation quality, subcontractor performance, and fulfillment of customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee project costs and manage changes effectively.

• Address issues, close out defects, and ensure a successful handover and completion of warranties.

• Handle projects throughout the South of England via home-based work, site visits, and meetings with customers.

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30–17:15, and Friday, 8:30–13:30.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Qualification in Project Management.

• Knowledge and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
