Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of new lift installation projects from initial concept to final completion.

• Oversee a range of new installation projects in commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector settings.

• Manage project timelines, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness throughout the entire process.

• Conduct site inspections and project evaluations.

• Ensure quality of installation, performance of subcontractors, and fulfillment of customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Maintain clear communication during the project lifecycle.

• Control project budgets and handle variations effectively.

• Address issues and finalize defect resolutions.

• Ensure effective handover and completion of warranty obligations.

• Manage projects throughout the South of England.

• Balance home-based work with site visits and customer meetings.

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30–17:15, and Friday, 8:30–13:30.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Project Management qualification.

• Familiarity with relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not available.

• Proven experience as a Lift Project Manager.

• Ability to execute installation projects safely, on time, and within budget.

• Focus on customer service, project execution, and technical excellence.
