Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of new lift installation projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

• Manage a portfolio of new installation projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and public environments.

• Oversee project timelines, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness.

• Perform site inspections and project evaluations.

• Guarantee the quality of installations, subcontractor performance, and satisfaction of customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Control project costs and handle variations effectively.

• Address issues, resolve defects, and ensure a successful project handover and warranty completion.

• Manage projects throughout the South of England through home-based work, site visits, and client meetings.

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Installing Lifts.

• Qualification in Project Management.

• Familiarity with relevant Lift and Building Standards is essential.

• Applicants must hold the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Experience as a Lift Project Manager is preferred.
