Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure the successful delivery of all projects while adhering to safety, timelines, budget constraints, and compliance with company and industry standards.

• Oversee project timelines, pre-start preparations, delivery logistics, testing requirements, and site readiness from inception to completion.

• Perform site inspections and project evaluations.

• Guarantee that installation quality, subcontractor performance, and client expectations are achieved.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project expenses and control variations.

• Address issues and finalize defect resolutions.

• Ensure a seamless handover and completion of warranty obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Qualification in Project Management.

• Knowledge and/or awareness of applicable Lift and Building Standards.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with expertise in lift installations.

• In-depth technical understanding of lift installations, construction processes, and building regulations.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
