Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of new lift installation projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality projects within the agreed timelines and budget.

• Supervise a range of new installation projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector settings.

• Manage project timelines, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site preparedness.

• Perform site inspections and project evaluations.

• Guarantee that installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are consistently met.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Oversee project budgets and manage any variations.

• Address issues and finalize defect resolutions.

• Ensure a successful project handover and completion of warranty obligations.

• Handle projects across the South of England through remote work, site visits, and client meetings.

• Work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 to 17:15, and Friday from 8:30 to 13:30.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 qualification.

• Project management qualification in lift installation.

• Knowledge and/or awareness of the relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Proven experience as a Lift Project Manager.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
