Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for new lift installation projects from initial concept to final completion.

• Deliver projects that are safe, of high quality, and completed on schedule and within budget.

• Oversee a range of new installation projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector settings.

• Manage project timelines, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness.

• Conduct site inspections and project evaluations.

• Ensure the quality of installations, performance of subcontractors, and fulfillment of customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Control project costs and manage any variations that arise.

• Address issues, resolve defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.

• Manage projects throughout the South of England through home-based work, site visits, and customer meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Qualification in Project Management.

• Knowledge and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Applicants must hold the appropriate right to work.
