This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive strategy and implementation of lifecycle marketing communications and tailored client journeys.
• Develop campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Analyze cohort and segment performance to identify trends and actionable insights for clients.
• Create and execute an experimentation roadmap utilizing A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
• Design and oversee email and SMS campaigns, which include drip sequences, targeted broadcasts, transactional messages, and upgrade/package flows.
• Recognize client-journey drop-off points and implement trigger-based campaigns to enhance KPIs.
• Ensure best practices for deliverability and uphold sender reputation across email and SMS platforms.
• Utilize client segmentation and persona development to customize messaging, offers, and campaigns.
• Work in collaboration with the Data team to create lifecycle reporting and monitor channel performance.
• Lead and develop a team of lifecycle marketers while actively contributing as a player-coach.
• Maintain consistent and personalized messaging throughout the marketing funnel.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs, including consultation volume, conversion rates, package completion, LTV, and ROI.
• Forecast marketing outcomes and track growth and revenue objectives.
• Identify and integrate AI and martech technologies to enhance efficiency, personalization, and performance.
• Collaborate across various functions including Marketing, Clinic Operations, Sales, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams.
• 4–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a multi-location consumer, aesthetics, or healthcare/wellness setting.
• In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Iterable; experience with Iterable is preferred.
• Expertise in email and SMS marketing automation, encompassing segmentation, triggers, and personalized flows.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) like Simon Data, Segment, or Optimove is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HTML and template scripting languages, including Jinja, Django, or ESP-specific templating systems.
• Outstanding copywriting abilities with a knack for engaging target audiences and making iterations based on performance data.
• Highly analytical approach with a proven record of leveraging data to inform campaign strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Looker, or data transformation is advantageous.
• Comfortable navigating both strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Capable of converting data into clear insights and actionable marketing strategies.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
