This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop, define, collect, and confirm project requirements in collaboration with clients.
• Recognize and engage relevant client and internal stakeholders to organize and allocate resources for projects in alignment with quality, budget, and timeline specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments and devise contingency plans utilizing the plan-do-check-act cycle.
• Guide both internal and external teams to successfully execute and deliver client projects.
• Formulate schedules and track delivery timelines.
• Oversee budgets and manage project expenditures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Supervise project tasks and address issues through corrective and preventive measures.
• Enhance delivery, customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
• Provide updates on project scope, financials, progress, and status to both internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
• Ensure finance systems are maintained accurately and up to date.
• Preserve process documentation and knowledge management.
• Safeguard project profits through margin management.
• Deliver services in line with project management KPIs, including client satisfaction, timely delivery, cost control, profitability, revenue generation, and client growth.

• Demonstrated project management experience in a dynamic, client-focused setting, preferably within the translation or localization sector.
• Familiarity with the translation industry and a keen interest in its technology, processes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Proficiency with CAT tools.
• Experience in financial oversight and budget management.
• Skills in customer relationship management and business development to promote organic growth.
• Enthusiasm and a positive demeanor accompanied by exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Capability to lead large, diverse, virtual teams.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining robust client relationships.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Capacity to learn and swiftly master the technology, tools, and processes required by the account.
• Ability to train a Project Coordinator on project-related tasks and processes.
