📋 Description

• Operate remotely as a Life Insurance Sales Representative

• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage choices and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families are completely covered

• Emphasize service over prospecting by utilizing data-driven systems and established lead generation methods

• Aid approximately 3–5 families each week

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Possess a life insurance license or show willingness to acquire one

• Have a computer and phone to serve clients

• Maintain a reliable internet connection

• Be comfortable working independently in a performance-oriented setting

• Display coachability and discipline

• Communicate with honesty and confidence

• Show a passion for assisting families in making informed financial decisions

• Be open to evolving into a leadership role over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events

• No cold calling; all leads are warm and inbound
