This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Introduce and promote insurance products to both new and existing clients.

• Reach out to prospective clients who have expressed interest in coverage.

• Schedule appointments and conduct virtual meetings with clients.

• Assist clients in identifying insurance plans that meet their needs and financial situations.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints effectively.

• Engage in regular training sessions conducted via Zoom.

• Adhere to the agency's sales processes and business development strategies.

• Establish and oversee an insurance business.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related area is advantageous.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms is beneficial.

• Capability to cultivate rapport and trust with clients.

• Must be deadline-oriented and detail-focused.

• Possess integrity and a strong work ethic.

• Must be ambitious, receptive to coaching, and passionate about assisting others.

• Required to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License; the employer will assist in acquiring it through a 7–10 day online course.

• Success is driven by effort, adherence to the system, and the insurance needs within the agent's area.
