SAP GRC Process Control, Risk Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement, configure, manage, and improve SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.

• Support enterprise compliance, risk governance, control effectiveness, and process optimization utilizing SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and audit teams to gather and validate requirements.

• Convert business, audit, compliance, and risk management requirements into SAP GRC solutions.

• Collaborate with audit and business teams to enhance compliance and optimize risk management processes.

• Establish and maintain control frameworks within SAP GRC.

• Assist in manual testing of effectiveness and continuous control monitoring activities.

• Configure and support risk heat maps and key risk indicator tracking.

• Aid in risk assessments and control-effectiveness activities.

• Support enhancements, maintenance, and process improvements for SAP GRC.

• Analyze functional and technical issues and coordinate their resolution.

• Document process changes, risk assessments, control activities, and system configurations.

• Communicate solution designs, process updates, risks, and control requirements to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Adapt solutions and priorities in response to changing business, audit, and compliance needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance preferred).

• Over 10 years of experience with SAP.

• Minimum of eight years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management.

• Strong techno-functional experience in implementing SAP GRC solutions and optimizing related business processes.

• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining control frameworks.

• Familiarity with manual testing for effectiveness.

• Experience with continuous control monitoring.

• Background in configuring or supporting risk heat maps.

• Experience in tracking key risk indicators.

• Proven ability to collaborate with audit teams and business stakeholders.

• Capable of documenting and communicating process changes, risk assessments, and control activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in a team environment.
