Life Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct phone consultations with potential life insurance clients.

• Evaluate client needs and suggest suitable life insurance options.

• Present products, offer quotes, and assist clients throughout the application process.

• Follow up with prospects and oversee opportunities within the CRM system.

• Keep precise client records and deliver responsive customer service.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and adhere to licensing and regulatory standards.

• Assist individuals and families through phone and digital channels.

• Develop consistent production and build a client base utilizing provided leads and digital sales tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid life insurance license in a Canadian province where the company operates, excluding Prince Edward Island and Quebec.

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license with support from the company.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Confidence and ease with sales conducted over the phone.

• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Customer-oriented with a consultative sales methodology.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and technology.

• Strong skills in follow-up and time management.

• Prior sales experience is advantageous.

• Responsible for managing personal taxes, licensing fees, and relevant business expenses.

• Once licensed and properly authorized, able to provide advice to clients regarding life insurance products.
