Life Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Present and market insurance products to both new and existing clients.

• Reach out to prospective clients who have expressed interest in coverage.

• Schedule appointments and conduct virtual meetings with clients to determine appropriate insurance options that fit their needs and financial plans.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints effectively.

• Engage in regular training sessions via Zoom.

• Adhere to the agency’s lead generation and sales processes.

• Develop and expand an insurance business with support from the agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field is advantageous.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms is beneficial.

• A Life and Health Insurance License is necessary; the employer will assist in obtaining it through a 7–10 day online course.

• Capability to establish rapport and trust with clientele.

• Detail-oriented and driven by deadlines.

• Committed to achieving results.

• Demonstrates integrity and a strong work ethic.

• Ambitious, receptive to coaching, passionate about assisting others, and motivated to attain excellence.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without close supervision or a time clock.
