Life Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Present and market insurance products to both new and existing clients.

• Engage with prospective clients who have expressed interest in coverage.

• Schedule appointments and conduct virtual meetings with clients.

• Assist clients in identifying insurance plans that align with their needs and financial plans.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints effectively.

• Attend regular training sessions via Zoom.

• Adhere to the company’s lead-generation and sales methodologies.

• Develop and oversee an insurance business with opportunities for agency ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related area is advantageous.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms is beneficial.

• A Life and Health Insurance License is mandatory; the employer will assist in obtaining it through a 7–10 day online course.

• Capability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.

• Possess integrity and a strong work ethic.

• Driven, coachable, and passionate about assisting others.

• Self-motivated and focused on achieving results.

• Ability to follow and apply the company’s sales system effectively.
