This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Present and promote insurance products to both new and existing clients.

• Reach out to prospective clients who have shown interest in obtaining coverage.

• Schedule appointments with qualified prospective customers.

• Meet virtually with clients to determine the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs and budget.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.

• Engage in regular training sessions via Zoom.

• Adhere to the company's sales and support framework to develop and expand an insurance business.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related area is advantageous.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms is beneficial.

• Capability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Ambitious, open to coaching, and passionate about aiding others.

• Must acquire a Life and Health Insurance License; the company offers support through a streamlined online course.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision or a time clock.
