Life Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Present and market insurance products to both new and existing clients.

• Reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in coverage.

• Schedule appointments with prospective clients.

• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to determine insurance plans that fit their needs and financial situations.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.

• Engage in regular Zoom training sessions.

• Adhere to the agency’s sales and business development strategies.

• Establish and manage an insurance business with the support of the agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related area is advantageous.

• Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.

• A Life and Health Insurance License is required; the employer will assist in obtaining it through a 7–10 day online course.

• Ability to foster rapport and trust with clients.

• Must be deadline-oriented and detail-focused.

• Committed to achieving results.

• Strong integrity and work ethic are essential.

• Ambitious, receptive to coaching, and passionate about assisting others.

• Self-motivated and driven to meet objectives.
