Life Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Present and market insurance products to both new and existing clients.

• Reach out to potential clients who have expressed interest in coverage.

• Schedule appointments and conduct virtual meetings with clients to determine appropriate insurance plans that fit their needs and budgets.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.

• Engage in regular training sessions via Zoom.

• Adhere to the agency’s sales and lead-generation protocols.

• Develop and manage a successful insurance business.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related area is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.

• Capability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• High level of integrity and a robust work ethic.

• Ambitious, coachable, and passionate about assisting others, with a drive to succeed.

• A Life and Health Insurance License is necessary; the employer will assist in obtaining it through an online course lasting 7–10 days.
