This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Negotiate liens from hospitals and balances from medical providers under the supervision of attorneys and within the firm's established procedures.
• Review medical invoices, confirm outstanding balances, and gather necessary supporting documentation.
• Submit requests for reductions, consistently follow up, and secure written confirmation of negotiated agreements.
• Maintain precise records of balances, negotiations, agreements, and case statuses in Litify.
• Collaborate with attorneys and closing personnel to address outstanding issues and prepare files for settlement disbursement.
• Achieve targets for negotiated reductions, turnaround times, productivity, and accuracy.
• Direct legal inquiries and disputed liens requiring legal assessment to the appropriate attorney.
• Assist injured clients in retaining a larger portion of their settlements and progress settled cases towards disbursement.
• Minimum of two years of practical experience in plaintiff personal injury reductions supporting a U.S. law firm.
• Proven experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers, with the capability to articulate your strategies and outcomes.
• Experience in independently managing a high-volume reductions caseload from balance verification through to written agreements and closing coordination.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, possessing strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in legal case management software, with a preference for Litify experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• At least two years of recent experience in personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation.
• Experience in handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection agencies.
• Background in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Resume submission must be in English.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet access, a computer, and a quiet, professional workspace are mandatory.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment is contingent upon verification of identity and work authorization.
