Licensing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire licensing process from start to finish.

• Promptly initiate, monitor, and communicate all licensing activities and associated expenses with precision.

• Ensure that new Imagen specialists have their licensure applications finalized and ready by their scheduled starting date.

• Confirm that existing Imagen specialists hold current licenses and meet all compliance requirements across assigned clients and states.

• Ensure that existing specialists obtain additional licensing and fulfill compliance requirements for other clients in a timely manner.

• Maintain effective communication with physicians and Imagen teams regarding licensing procedures.

• Collaborate with third-party licensing vendors to guarantee timely licensing for all specialists.

• Assist specialists with state board licensure applications and the completion of follow-up documentation.

• Collaborate with Imagen teams and stakeholders to support Clinical Operations objectives, ensuring smooth onboarding and clear communication with current physicians.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with physician license applications; experience across multiple states is essential (IMLC and State Boards).

• Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills; able to convey next steps to providers and stakeholders clearly and professionally.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Prior experience specifically working with radiologists in a licensing role within the healthcare industry (preferred).

• Familiarity with credentialing and payor enrollments (preferred).
