This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate and oversee the lifecycle of agents appointed with various Globe Life companies to facilitate product sales authorization.
• Maintain precise agent records across Mainframe, SOAR, CELS, OnBase, and government portals.
• Gather, assess, and confirm licensing data from diverse sources and promptly update records with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure the accurate establishment of agent hierarchy and licensing information to support downstream processes, such as commission payments.
• Secure and manage sensitive agent information in accordance with internal and external privacy regulations.
• Review appointment requests and verify that agents fulfill licensing and company criteria.
• Process appointments, terminations, demographic changes, and biographical updates.
• Monitor the shared inbox and address inquiries from agents, internal departments, or external regulatory agencies.
• Communicate with state Departments of Insurance and vendors on behalf of the company.
• Escalate workflow issues, system discrepancies, or agent concerns to supervisors.
• Respond to agent inquiries via phone and email, providing guidance and support.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant administrative or office experience is required.
• Experience in insurance or licensing is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of administrative or data entry tasks.
• Ability to learn compliance-driven processes through training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and managing documentation.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to established procedures for handling sensitive information.
• Willingness and ability to learn various systems, including internal platforms and external government portals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond in a professional manner.
• Dependable, organized, and capable of maintaining focus during repetitive or routine tasks.
• Open to feedback and guidance from supervisors and team leads.
