This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate and oversee the lifecycle of agents appointed with various Globe Life companies to facilitate product sales authorization.
• Ensure precise maintenance of agent records across Mainframe, SOAR, CELS, OnBase, and government portals.
• Gather, assess, and validate licensing data from diverse sources.
• Update records promptly, paying close attention to detail.
• Guarantee the accurate setup of agent hierarchy and licensing details to support commission payments.
• Safeguard and handle sensitive agent information in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Review appointment requests to confirm that agents meet licensing and company standards.
• Execute appointments, terminations, demographic modifications, and biographical updates.
• Monitor the shared inbox and address inquiries from agents, internal departments, and regulatory agencies.
• Liaise with state Departments of Insurance and vendors on behalf of the company.
• Escalate workflow issues, system discrepancies, and agent concerns to supervisors.
• Provide assistance and support to agents through phone and email communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
• 0–1 year of relevant administrative or office experience is necessary.
• Experience in insurance or licensing is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of administrative or data entry tasks is essential.
• Capability to learn compliance-driven processes through training is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to established procedures for managing sensitive information.
• Willingness and capability to learn various systems, including internal platforms and external government portals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is expected.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond in a professional manner.
• Dependable, organized, and capable of maintaining focus during repetitive or routine tasks.
• Open to receiving feedback and direction from supervisors and team leads.
• Reliable and consistent attendance for your assigned shift is required.
