Licensed Therapist – Children & Adolescents – 1099 (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.

• Evaluate developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health requirements.

• Create individualized treatment plans that are age-appropriate.

• Work together with parents and caregivers when clinically relevant.

• Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and client-centered care.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with the wider care team as needed.

• Operate in accordance with applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).

• Strong clinical competencies and dedication to evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and telehealth platforms.

• A strong commitment to delivering culturally responsive, client-centered care.

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week on a recurring basis.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy to children and/or adolescents is preferred.

• Background in addressing youth behavioral health issues is preferred.

• Experience in involving parents and caregivers in the treatment process is preferred.

• Prior telehealth experience is preferred.

• Licensure in multiple states is preferred.

• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred; Spanish is highly desirable.

• Experience working with diverse or underserved youth and families is preferred.
