Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide platform-based behavioral health care and wellness coaching for youth and young adults aged 13–25.

• Carry out mental health and wellness screenings, assessments, and ongoing progress evaluations.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Identify users who are experiencing or are at risk of social, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges.

• Assist individuals in crisis and facilitate necessary referrals.

• Offer prevention, wellness promotion, psychoeducation, structured coaching conversations, and therapy sessions.

• Coordinate care and engage in case management activities.

• Deliver behavioral health and wellness coaching interventions.

• Create personalized care plans, establish goals, and formulate action plans for positive behavioral changes.

• Address factors that influence positive mental health and related issues.

• Moderate user-generated content in accordance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and legal and regulatory standards.

• Provide prompt and constructive feedback on user submissions as appropriate.

• Collaborate with team members regarding content-related matters.

• Utilize an evidence- and data-driven approach to clinical care.

• Engage in regular audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.

• Liaise with professionals regarding safeguarding concerns and issues.

• Support operational functions to ensure consistent, reliable, and repeatable experiences.

• Perform job responsibilities in compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, safeguarding, and data protection legislation.

• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless care experience.

• Attend and contribute to clinical supervision, performance management, team meetings, and necessary individual/group supervision sessions.

• Complete mandatory in-house training and ongoing professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Must currently possess an active New Jersey or Michigan license to practice therapy, with the understanding that additional licensure will be required upon hire.

• Licenses in Michigan or New Jersey must be in good standing.

• Experience in providing mental health therapy to individuals, preferably in a digital or online environment.

• Strong grasp of ethical and legal considerations pertinent to the practice of therapy.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is REQUIRED.
