Licensed Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Perform patient intake and follow-up consultations through telemedicine to assess KAP eligibility, prescribe treatments, and monitor patient outcomes.

• Recommend modifications to treatment plans based on patients' responses to medication and overall treatment results.

• Collaborate with psychotherapists from Journey Clinical in a team-oriented care approach.

• Work alongside the Journey Clinical care coordinator to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback on the Journey Clinical care management system to enhance service quality.

• Report directly to the Lead Clinician.

• Partner with the leadership team and co-founders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice in Oklahoma.

• At least 1 year of experience in psychiatric care, along with post-board qualifications.

• Possess DEA registration.

• Comfortable prescribing controlled substances when deemed medically appropriate.

• Proficient in prescribing medications for anxiety and depression.

• Ability to swiftly synthesize medical and psychiatric information to create effective, evidence-based clinical recommendations.

• Willingness to utilize tools such as Slack, G Suite, and Zoom.

• Comfortable working remotely in a dynamic telehealth startup environment.

• Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

• Preferred: 1 year of psychiatric experience as a PMHNP.
