Licensed Social Worker – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide therapy for individuals across various age groups, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Identify and manage mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically accommodating 6–8 patients each day.

• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during patient sessions.

• Serve patients as part of a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider, as well as commercial health plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, present or future.

• Designated private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish preferred; ability in additional languages is advantageous.

• Fulfillment of background and regulatory standards.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Readiness and ability to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Proficient in completing clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.

• Current or anticipated associate/intern licensure as required by the state.
