Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health support.

• Offer therapy to a diverse patient population, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy sessions.

• Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication tools, and internal messaging systems.

• Aim for approximately 30 patient-facing hours each week, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient appointments.

• Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday work schedule on a fixed shift.

• Provide services to patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills are preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Capability to provide one-on-one psychotherapy.

• Willingness to offer therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Capacity to maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Ability to complete clinical documentation during patient sessions.
