Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment leveraging technology to enhance access to care.

• Offer therapy to patients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Manage approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.

• Engage in the application process, which includes a brief questionnaire and discussion with a recruiter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and valid licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home space ensuring privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Compliance with background and regulatory requirements.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in partnering with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Capability to provide one-on-one psychotherapy.

• Willingness and capability to offer therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Capacity to maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically managing 6–8 patients daily.

• Ability to complete clinical documentation during patient sessions.

• Commitment to a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday each week.
