📋 Description

• Deliver time-sensitive outpatient psychotherapy to individuals injured in the workers’ compensation system.

• Typically conduct 4–12 psychotherapy sessions.

• Manage a self-selected caseload comprising 5–20 clients.

• Assist injured workers in their journey towards functional recovery following a work-related injury.

• Complete necessary documentation within 24–48 hours via the Ascellus Provider Portal.

• Determine your personal availability.

• Receive referrals based on your selected volume and capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Psychologist license (PhD/PsyD).

• At least 1 year of experience post-licensure.

• Proficiency in CBT, evidence-based treatments, and prompt documentation.

• A telehealth-ready private workspace.

• Psypact Mobility.

• Preferred but not required: Training/certification in PTSD interventions (EMDR/PE/CPT).

• Background in health psychology is preferred.

• Experience in Military/VA/Forensic settings is preferred.

• Fluency in Spanish.
