Licensed Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough evaluations for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Administer and analyze standardized psychological assessments.

• Prepare detailed diagnostic reports.

• Offer clear and actionable feedback to families.

• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and care coordinators as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Utilize knowledge of early childhood development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and culturally sensitive assessment methods.

• Create or learn to develop client-centered treatment plans.

• Provide mental and behavioral health services adhering to high-quality and ethical standards.

• Serve children, adolescents, and adults through psychological evaluations and related services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, current licensure as a Psychologist with the California Board of Psychology.

• A Registered Psychological Associate may be considered if evaluation experience is demonstrated, with a Licensed Psychologist available for required supervision as per California Board of Psychology regulations.

• Proven experience in diagnosing ADHD and ASD in children.

• Skilled in administering and interpreting psychological assessments and tests, including ADOS-2, WAIS-IV/WAIS-V, IVA-2, MMPI-2, and SRS-2.

• Experience or willingness to learn how to develop client-centered treatment plans.

• Strong understanding of mental and behavioral health therapies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team.

• Consistent weekly availability, including several days with late afternoon/evening hours in the Pacific Timezone.

• Ability to comply with contract requirements and relevant regulations, including fingerprint clearances and positive references.

• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.

• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Doctoral Degree in Psychology (Required).

• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not mandatory.

• Must be able to work with children and adolescents up to 18 years old, as well as adults.
