Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Offer therapy to adolescents aged 13–17 as an integral part of the regular caseload.

• Assess and treat mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Perform comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Complete around 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Conduct clinical documentation concurrently during patient interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and relevant licensure.

• Eligibility to work in the United States.

• Continuous, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without reliance on visa sponsorship or renewal.

• Private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.

• Compliance with background checks and regulatory prerequisites.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to accomplish their goals.

• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments effectively.

• Current independent clinical licensure.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Capability to provide individual psychotherapy.

• Openness to treating adolescents aged 13–17.

• Capacity to complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.
