Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth initiative

• Provide mental health treatment remotely to patients of all ages

• Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy, including support for adolescents aged 13–17

• Diagnose and manage mental health and/or substance use disorders

• Create treatment plans and perform comprehensive assessments

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms

• Complete around 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients each day

• Finish clinical documentation concurrently during patient interactions

• Acquire additional state licenses as required as Brave Health grows

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure

• Licensed professional counselor or an equivalent clinical credential

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Continuous, unrestricted permission to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship or renewal

• Dedicated work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred; knowledge of other languages is advantageous

• Compliance with background and regulatory standards

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses

• Experience in treatment planning

• Comfort with telehealth tools, video communication, and internal communication systems

• Experience in collaborating with clients to meet their goals

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments

• Skill in providing one-on-one psychotherapy

• Openness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary

• Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17

• Ability to manage approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day

• Proficient in completing clinical documentation during patient sessions
