Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health care to individuals of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough evaluations.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, generally seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Complete clinical documentation simultaneously during patient sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without future employer sponsorship.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Compliance with background and regulatory prerequisites.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience partnering with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Ability to provide individual psychotherapy.

• Willingness and capability to offer therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Capacity to complete clinical documentation during patient sessions.

• Commitment to a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday.
