Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via the telehealth program.

• Offer mental health treatment to patients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Diagnose conditions related to mental health and/or substance abuse.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, generally seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during patient sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without future employer sponsorship.

• Designated private workspace for patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Satisfy background and regulatory criteria.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Comfortable delivering therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Availability for approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Ability to complete clinical documentation during patient sessions.

• Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $63,000, with an incentivized bonus structure for eligible employees.

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday; no weekends! Shift options include 10 AM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM ET.
