Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans while serving as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Perform thorough assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Contribute to Brave Health's growth by acquiring additional state licenses as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A suitable work-from-home environment offering privacy for patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments effectively.

• Currently fully licensed and independent in at least one state.

• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as necessary.

• Capability to fulfill 30 client care hours each week, averaging six clients daily.

• Experience working with patients facing chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
