Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations and participate in physician adjudication.

• Complete project-related tasks via the platform and submit them for approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, validated during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, encompassing differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Previous involvement in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.
