Licensed P&C Insurance Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create new client opportunities through proactive prospecting, following up on leads, referrals, and building relationships.

• Assess customer requirements and propose suitable insurance solutions.

• Provide quotes and sell personal lines insurance products.

• Oversee the sales pipeline and strive to meet production targets.

• Engage with prospects and turn opportunities into new clients.

• Foster relationships that promote long-term customer loyalty and agency growth.

• Represent Usery Insurance Agency with professionalism and a strong sales orientation.

• Discover new opportunities, secure new clients, boost production, and enhance the book of business through successful sales initiatives.

• Concentrate on sales activities while a dedicated service team addresses customer service needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

• Candidates must hold a Georgia license or be able to obtain a Georgia non-resident license prior to commencing employment.

• Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred.

• A life insurance license is advantageous but not essential.

• Proven sales capabilities with a history of achieving targets.

• Self-driven, competitive, and committed to achieving success.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check confirming a clear criminal record.
