Licensed Loan Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide a consultative and tailored mortgage experience that aligns with each borrower's financial objectives and situations.

• Inform clients about available financing options and suggest suitable loan solutions.

• Utilize the proprietary AI-powered loan origination system, automation, and data-driven tools to manage opportunities and expedite the lending process.

• Engage with and convert opportunities provided by the company while nurturing relationships within personal, professional, and referral networks.

• Oversee an active pipeline from the initial consultation up to closing.

• Ensure consistent and proactive communication with borrowers, real estate partners, and internal team members.

• Foster enduring relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with operations, processing, underwriting, and closing teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation throughout the loan process.

• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and relevant federal and state lending regulations.

• Stay updated on market conditions, lending guidelines, product updates, and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active NMLS registration and relevant state licenses, or the capability to secure necessary licensing.

• Preferably possess experience in mortgage lending, financial services, sales, or relationship management.

• Excellent consultative sales and communication abilities.

• Capacity to comprehend a borrower’s needs and articulate complex financial information clearly.

• Comfortable with adopting AI, automation, digital platforms, and new technologies.

• Self-driven, organized, and accountable for achieving results.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to regulatory compliance.
